Residents will have an opportunity to meet Tennessee House candidate Kenny Cody during a community fish fry scheduled for Saturday, June 20, at Smoky Mountains Golf Course in Newport.
The event will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the golf course located at 1220 Golf Course Road.
According to event organizers, attendees can enjoy a fish fry, live music by Sammy Shults, and an opportunity to meet the candidate and learn more about the campaign.
The event is free and open to the public.
