Arthur Ray Hurley, 83, passed from his earthly home to his heavenly home on July 3, 2026 at his daughter’s home in Newport, TN.

Arthur will be honored at a service at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 10, 2026 at Parsons Funeral Home in Ellsworth with burial following at the St. Paul United Church of Christ Cemetery in Holyrood.
